처치북을 설치하려고 하는데 다음과 같은 메세지가 뜨면서 설치가 완료되지 않습니다.

The file 'C:\Windows\system32\msvbvm60.dll' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory.

현재 컴퓨터를 포맷하고 새로 윈도7을 설치한 다음 처치북을 설치하는 중에 이런 에러가 났습니다. 무슨 문제가 있는 걸가요? 도와주세요. 감사합니다.
